Forged Adze
Working on some adze blades today. Folks often ask how I got started in blacksmithing. Im a woodworker to begin with and I got started forging so I could make my own carving tools. It has grown beyond that now, but I still really like making and using handmade tools for working wood or other uses. The northwest adze is a fantastic carving tool for roughing out a shape in wood. Very fun to use too.
